Fedele discovered and fell in love with water skiing in the late 1980s on Lake Iseo, witnessing the "Trofeo Marzoli" competition.
His first management experience started in Montirone (BS) in 1997 and organized his first youth tournament the following year.
In 1999, Jolly Ski moved to the historic San Polo (BS) lake. Here, he organized a number of events, including the Italian Cup, the first RC tournaments, and an increasing number of prestigious events.
After years of tireless search and work, in 2005 Fedele opened a second ski club, Waterski San Gervasio, in a lake and facility purposefully conceived for high-level water skiing.
In 2007, San Gervasio hosted its first international tournament, the U21 Europeans. This event established San Gervasio as one of the best sites in Europe, with Jolly's own Matteo Luzzeri winning the Men Slalom title.
In 2010 san Gervasio hosted the Junior Worlds, an event that saw two Junior World Records, further confirming the site as a prime-time location for world-class water skiing.
Transitioning out of institutional events, in 2014 he started organizing the San Gervasio Pro Am, at the time the cash-prize slalom competition in Europe. Today, this tournament has become a stable stop of the professional tour.
Apart from management and tournament organizing, Fedele skis and competes in the Over 55 category. Over the years, he won multiple Italian Championships and, in 2015, he earned the Silver Medal at the Over 55 Europeans.
